PHYSICAL THERAPY

ASPI K. CALAGOPI II, PTRP, MPhyt (Sports)
With two decades of experience in sports physiotherapy, Aspi has been at the forefront of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement for elite athletes. He holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy in the field of Sports from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas, equipping him with world-class expertise in sports medicine.

He was a physiotherapist for the Ginebra San Miguel Gin Kings from 2012 to 2024. In 2024, he was part of the Gilas Pilipinas’ historic gold medal win in the Asian Games. His experience extends to prestigious institutions like the Moro Lorenzo Sports Medicine Unit and as a physiotherapist for The Ateneo Men’s Senior Basketball Team from 2010 to 2012.

Whether working courtside or in a rehabilitation setting, Aspi remains committed to helping athletes recover faster, perform better, and stay injury-free.

BENJAMIN O. VIRAY, DPT, RPT, PTRP
Dr. Benjamin Viray is a highly skilled and licensed Physical Therapist in both Maryland, USA, and the Philippines. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas. He was also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (2011–2020) under the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Before practicing in Maryland, USA he was part of the rehabilitation team at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Bonifacio Global City.

With over 16 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, Dr. Viray is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence. He has worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health, providing expert care for orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. His role as a Physical Therapist Consultant at Asian Hyperbaric Healthcare Inc. further underscores his expertise in advanced rehabilitation techniques.

Passionate about patient-centered care, Dr. Viray tailors treatment plans to each individual, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and guidance throughout their recovery journey. His commitment to excellence and holistic rehabilitation makes him a trusted name in the field of physical therapy.

MARJORIE ANG – LIM, RPT, PTRP
Marjorie is a registered physiotherapist with over a decade of experience across Canada, the USA, and the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, and is registered in British Columbia, New York, and the Philippine Physical Therapy Association. Her expertise spans musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports rehabilitation, with experience working in diverse international settings, including Shanghai and Singapore. Marjorie has worked with patients of all ages, from elderly individuals recovering from stroke to athletes recovering from injuries.With a passion for continuous learning, Marjorie is a Polestar Rehab Pilates Candidate and has contributed to various health publications and conferences. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help her patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

ANGELO JOSE C. FORES, PTRP
Angelo, a Cum Laude graduate from the University of the Philippines – Manila, has honed his skills in both hospital and sports settings, working with a diverse clientele. His journey began as a Physical Therapist at Makati Medical Center, where he managed a comprehensive caseload encompassing orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurologic, and geriatric conditions. Driven by a passion for sports, Angelo has since dedicated himself to the field, collaborating with athletes from the UP Varsity Swim Team and Uno High School Basketball Team by assisting them with injury prevention, recovery strategies, and rehabilitation techniques tailored to support peak performance during matches and competitions.

Despite his relatively young career, Angelo is dedicated in pursuing continuous learning and skill development. Patient-centered care and evidence-based rehabilitation are cornerstones of his approach, ensuring that each person receives the highest quality treatment. His diverse experiences in various settings also makes him an adaptable and valuable asset to our team.

CELINE ALLYSON PASCUAL, PTRP
Celine is a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong passion for sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, she has trained in diverse clinical settings, gaining experience in pediatric, neurological, and cardiac care as well. Throughout her internship, she was recognized for her dedication and compassion, earning commendations as Best Intern in multiple clinical rotations.

Celine is committed to helping individuals recover, move better, and return to the activities they love. She values creating a supportive and encouraging environment for her patients, combining evidence-based techniques with personalized care. With her approachable nature and enthusiasm for rehabilitation, she strives to make every session both effective and empowering.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

JOSE “JoBo” BONOAN
JoBo is a passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach with extensive hands-on experience in human movement science. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Movement Science at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, he is dedicated to advancing his expertise in optimizing performance.

JoBo has worked with top organizations such as the Gatorade Sports Science Institute from 2018 to 2022 and Grit Sports, where he specialized in strength and conditioning. He also served as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the University of the Philippines Men’s Football Team from 2018 to 2020. JoBo’s journey in sports science took him to Mahidol University in Thailand, where he completed an internship program that further developed his skills in human physiology, biomechanical analysis, and functional training.

With a deep passion for improving human performance, JoBo excels at training athletes and sharing his knowledge, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

MARC DONYELL BAYANG
Marc is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong background in sports and performance training. He has worked with athletes at all levels, from collegiate teams like the University of the Philippines Women’s Basketball Team to professional athletes in the PBA. His experience includes roles with the Philippine Sports Commission, where he worked closely with national athletes and led training programs for post-surgery recovery.

Marc is passionate about supporting athletes and sharing his knowledge to help them excel in their sport.

TINO MACASAET, NASM – CPT
Tino is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong foundation in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, having earned his Bachelor’s degree from Manhattan College in 2020. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals through tailored exercise programs. Tino’s experience includes assisting with Physical and Occupational Therapy at the Methodist Home for Nursing & Rehabilitation, where he gained valuable insight into rehabilitation exercises and patient care. He has also contributed to the community through research with The Greenway Project, promoting active living, and volunteering as a Physical Education Coach for children with special needs.

With a passion for health and wellness, Tino is committed to guiding clients toward healthier, more active lifestyles.

MICO DANDAN
Mico is a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong background in physical education and athletic performance. He graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2017 and has completed multiple mentorship courses with the renowned Athletes’ Performance Center (now EXOS). Mico was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Bataan Risers in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, where he designed and led training programs focused on perfomance. His experience also includes assisting with the planning and coordination of the PHISGOC volunteer program during the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and teaching Physical Education at Kalayaan College.
